This is a new townhouse in a new neighborhood. Shopping and dining is within walking distance. There is also a nice park which is close. The location is close to areas such as Sugar Land, but away from Houston traffic.

My girlfriends and I came down for a birthday weekend. We had never used Airbnb, and we were pleasantly surprised. The location was EXCELLENT if you're planning to see a sporting event - in which we were. Corp's provided us with a great price for our two night stay. The place was extremely spacious especially the master bedroom. The keyless entry made it super easy to access check-in/out and eliminate the worry of losing a key. Not only was there a garage but two cars fit into it easily. Corp's left a bottle and a couple food items in the fridge for us as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! If we are ever in Houston, we will be sure to stay again!
